The Harriers also had finalists in the 3000m, with M40 Andy Del Nevo clocking a new personal best of 10:05.85 to finish 4th, while M50 Colin Oxlade continued his Virgin London Marathon preparations with a 4th place finish in a time of 10:17.25. Elsewhere, James Buchanan set a new course record at the Christ's Hospital 10km trail race, crossing the line in 33:19 over half a minute clear of his nearest challenger.
